My Proven Plan for Getting Rid of Man Boobs

So you’re sick and tired with being afraid to take your shirt off at the pool or at the lake.  You are tired of having larger boobs than your spouse or significant other.  That’s good!  Frustration is often a very powerful motivator and you should use it to get yourself started working on your chest muscles and eliminate your man boobs.

The right exercises to help you lose your man boobs are somewhat difficult to get hold of.  There is of garbage these days about which workouts are the best choice.  When you’re getting started, it may seem that push ups or bench presses are the ideal exercises, but the truth is, these could basically make your chest look worse.  You see, if you’re building muscle without eliminating the fat, you are only likely to get bigger muscles with extra fat layered on top of them, which seriously isn’t what you would like.

  • Do a quick three or four minute warm up to ensure you don’t injure yourself.
  • Next sprint as fast as you possibly can for Thirty seconds.
  • And then jog or walk for 1 or 2 minutes
  • Repeat this about 4 to 6 times.
  • Next walk or jog for 5 minutes so that you cool off.
